Not a Labs project

The MoMo team is joining Labs, but Thunderbird isn't becoming a Labs project. It'll still be a separate product, done by its existing team. But they also work on a bunch of Labs-like projects (F1, for instance), and have been collaborating with Labs for awhile - so they'll now do that as part of Labs.

(Disclaimer: I'm a Mozilla employee, although not part of MoMo or Labs.)
