Targeting the wrong person much ? I've never seen Kroc defend an Android product in this place. If there is something which Kroc advocates, it's platform-independent web technologies.
Apple's App Store just happened to be the single best example, in today's world, of what may happen if you depend on a single tightly-controlled OS to survive...

1. Apple can choose to put you out of business any time they want, for any reason, without recourse. APPLICATION DENIED.
What, and Google can't? If they pull your app from the marketplace, you're pretty much done. Just because they wouldn't doesn't mean they couldn't.
