Apple I thought OSNews would be a good forum to talk about a matter that has been weighing on my mind lately primarily because the site has been so focused on Apple's patents and litigation as of late. The news that HP, the largest PC manufacturer in the world is spinning off or getting out of this business is what really prompted me to write this article.

I think "antithesis" does not mean what you think it means.

And the whole article is uninformed hogwash, anyway. It has been dissected above by Apple lovers and haters, so I won't bother myself, other than to say that I agree that A. do know how to take an existing idea, polish it brilliantly and then show it to the world as theirs. Taking a crap on the shoulders of giants?

I think Umad meant to say "apotheosis", which means "the perfect example".
