This story is not true.
The MPAA sues random innocent people - in their quest to snare the guilty - who can't afford legal representation and are forced to give them money. It's legal extortion.
Microsoft forced companies to not carry competing operating system and software. This illegal behavior shaped the computer industry for two decades and still continues to impact it.
Apple makes shiny phones. If you don't like Apple don't buy Apple but please don't start foaming at the mouth without justification.

Fact after fact, i finally came to a verdict: Apple high management went nuts.
That's the sole explanation for their recent behavior. Not even Microsoft a decade ago dared that. Not even SCO... not even MPAA!
