Linux Puppy Linux is a small sub-130 MB distro popular for its high performance, adaptability, and ability to run on older hardware. The project just announced the new Racy Puppy, a version enhanced to run on new PCs. Racy includes Xorg 7.6 and the 3.0.7 kernel. Racy derives from Wary Puppy, a long term support release optimzed for older hardware. Puppy also offers Slacko and Lucid versions, for full compatibility with Slackware and Ubuntu, respectively.

However nice many aspects of this distro might be, as far as I am concerned there are just too deep idealogical issues with it.

Hence I'm left to eagerly await Kitten Linux.

People with felinist tendencies often balk at using Puppy, which is well known for promoting an extreme caninist agenda and the ardent caninism of its user community.

Frankly they get along like cats and dogs.

Do you always Godwin funnies within the first 3 words...

(plus, the last notion doesn't really make much sense as an ideology - it's more a method; one employed by virtually all largish collectives of people, also countries, at one point or another in the past, often quite recent one - it's just that the official PR now proclaims it as the exclusive label of "designated baddies"; in (broadened now ;p ) context, it has roughly as much sense as "Blitzkrieg ideology")

Theory when you have ideas - ideology when ideas have you
