And the customer is always right. When enough of them are as annoyed as they are here, the company is wrong.

Hate to tell you all this, but IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE COMPANY INVOLVED IS CALLED APPLE. It is still wrong. Because its customers think it is.

Marketing and product management 101 is: this must not happen. Do whatever you have to do, but this must not happen.
