Google Google is taking a new stab at selling devices directly: the Galaxy Nexus is now available in the Google Play devices section. That is, if you happen to live in the appropriate country - I can't see the page (as usual), so for all I know, they're selling fake Rolex watches in there.

It seems you don't even need an iPhone to do that.

Of course, but iPhone users do it 10x better than everyone else.

"One major observation made is that iPhone users tend to be wealthier, more educated and more liberal and tasteful compared to Android users."

Still using this last year "study" ?
It's basically like judging someone by their shoes.

Wow, another bullshit "study". I believe that about as much as I would believe the opposite. In other words: not at all.

If you are looking for more, Android users seem to prefer ugly-looking full featured devices

I'm pretty sure "ugly-looking" isn't an unbiased measurement.
The fact that "tasteful" and "ugly-looking" is applied automatically to iPhone and Android devices respectively tells you all you need to know about this "study". It's worthless for anything but a laugh.
