Even though, Some people with no knowledges said it should be North Korea, I am absolutely sure that it's about South Korea. I have read about something similar on a Korean site some time ago, and I also have searched it on one of the Korean portal sites just now. Currently, they got several media players and mesengers in competitions in that relatively small market. Therefore it isn't that unusual they sued Microsoft for that matter.

However, because Korea is heavily depended on Windows products I don't think it is good for Korea much more than some people commented here.
