2. It's really f*cked up that Microsoft is allowed to extort money from other vendors in countries where their, already very dubious, claims are completely invalid, null, void.
3. You still haven't given any better alternative..
Android still is the best and only realistic alternative if you want to avoid Microsoft or Apple but don't want a Blackberry.
1. I never claimed that you did, I was making a general statement.
2. Such is the world of negotiations and licensing. Microsoft doesn't allow its licensed OEMs to be pushed around like that with Windows Phone but Google does. OEMs should wake up.
3. I'm not going to invent a mobile OS to appease your irrational Microsoft and Apple distaste. I was just pointing out you line Microsofts pockets either way.
Android is a billion dollar business for Microsoft, and apparently now Apple.
