I'm sure if you look hard enough you can still find people using Session 8 or Pro24 as their multitrack system to record with too. It doesn't change the reality that 99% of the field doesn't use the stuff.

Sure most people don't use that, but the example I gave is a professional company, not someone playing with video stuff at home.
The point is that it's perfectly possible to produce professional quality content on Linux. Whether companies choose to use this or that tool is a different issue.
