Yeah, a bit slow, but low power, you cannot expect much of course. The VIA C7 runs under Windows XP, the Atom 330 under Windows 2000 (used to run under Ubuntu 9). If AMD E-450, it would run under Windows 7 with no problem at all. Sure, no great power under the hood, but great stability, nice engineered hardware.
When I invest into a computer, I do not plan to throw it after a couple of years. My VIA C7 runs from late 2007 (5 years) and my Atom 330 from late 2008 (4 years) with no problem. That's what I'm looking for : reliability and accuracy.

Don't you find them too slow? I've got an AMD Fusion E-450 system and it feels really slow to me, and it's faster than the Atoms and VIA processors you linked to.
