Every Windows 8-logo non-ARM device has to be able to disable secure boot feature, but enabled by default.
However every Windows 8-logo ARM-device has this enabled by default and does not have an off switch.
So basically you are saying: do not buy a Windows RT device.
We'll have to see how long that policy remains the way it is.
