Google "Native Client enables Chrome to run high-performance apps compiled from your C and C++ code. One of the main goals of Native Client is to be architecture-independent, so that all machines can run NaCl content. Today we're taking another step toward that goal: our Native Client SDK now supports ARM devices, from version 25 and onwards."

How long until black hats start having fun with native client?

They already have. Recall it was a couple of native client bugs that were used to exploit Chrome at Pwnium last year. No doubt it will be part of the attack surface again at this years pwn2own.

Sure, but imagine all the eyes that now play with Oracle's JVM, starting to play with it as well.
