Talk, Rumors, X Versus Y "Excellent open source Outlook Express alternatives are available which provide similar and additional features. Such is the case with Mozilla's Thunderbird, which is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux users. Moving away from Outlook Express is a no-brainer, as our screen shots illustrate."

Oh goody. I wonder which crybabies modded this completely harmless post down to -3 again?

Thom, could you make a posting either on the main site or the metablog reitering the rules of the moderation system and what its point really is? Currently, it seems that I've got a rabid following of Linux masturbators whose only purpose is to mod down each and every one of my comments. I think that's an outright abuse of the system.

I brought it up to -1 so it will be seen. No idea why someone axed it like that. It seemed like a harmless enough, even comparative, comment to me.

I am sure you know by now that I am an avid Linux supporter, but I do not understand why the linux fanboys around here always mod you down.

Any posts I see from you that are normal posts, I always vote them up.

I cannot speak for the muppets though

Only the puppetmaster speaks for the muppets. :-) Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to who the puppetmaster is, though ...

Maybe Alan Cox. He's probably hiding a World Domination machine under that beard of his.
