PDAs, Cellphones, Wireless "Several Android tablets running on Intel Clover Trail+ Atom processors broke cover at Computex Taiwan. Intel's dual-core, 1.6GHz Atom Z5260 is fueling a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 tablet, as well as Asus's 6-inch Fonepad Note and 10-inch MemoPad FHD10 tablets, while Asus also unveiled a hybrid 11.6-inch Transformer Book Trio, combining an Android slate based on a 2GHz dual-core Atom Z2580 with a keyboard dock running Windows 8 on an Intel Haswell processor."

This will not make Intel implode. Intel has paws into nearly every facet of hardware. Besides, I don't want Intel to fail. I would like for them to lose a little market share, but not to fail. Having Intel around is good for competition. Competition in turn will push Intel, AMD, and all ARM manufacturers to step it up and put out better products.

Clearly you're not part of the current generation of tech enthusiasts - if the iFanboys and GNU/freetards have taught us anything, is that the bigger picture is completely irrelevant now. Instead, all that matters is that your "team" wins and everyone else loses.

Healthy competition? Pffft, what an adorably-quaint concept - lol back to the retirement home grandpa lol!
