KDE doesn't use Keramik, jeez, when did you last use KDE ?
This is really a bad attempt to circumvent the issue. KDE has been shipping the heavily overloaded Keramik for at least two whole releases - as default! I am wondering what kind of internal system comes to the conclusion that Keramik should actually be a default theme.
