Opera Software After the release of the desktop version of the new Opera - based on Chrome and the WebKit-fork Blink - it has now made its way to Android. It's available free of charge in the Play Store for both tablets and smartphones.

Appalling Bookmark Management

Opera is fixated on the Speed Dial and is determined to force-feed it to us as the ONLY way to deal with bookmarks. You can't even edit anything in Speed Dial.

I think NCSA Mosaic did it better.
