The link to the article isn't working, but from what I can read on distrowatch there are no big changes except the switch from KDE 3.3 to KDE 3.4.1, Gnome 2.8 to 2.10.1
and PHP 4.3 to PHP5.

So just new packages, nothing new to be excited about.

<sarcasm>Yeap, except that they are all compiled with GCC 4.

And smartpm is in the works and all kinds of underhood dependencies for the built system have been eliminated, but yeah, nothing new. </sarcasm>
