A TAR binary distribution with shell scripts for installation (and removal if you need that) has been posted. Check http://www.cornfed.com/products for a link to the distribution options.

Anonymous: Frank is working as we speak to provide a binary tarball for all users and distributions. I wrote for him a basic installer and we tested it successfully last night. He should be having the tarball ready in a matter of a few hours or tomorrow.
