LinuxEdge has posted the videos of the presentation of Novell Desktop Linux 10 by Nat Friedman. "A preview of Novell Linux Desktop 10 was shown to an audience at the Solutions Linux conference this week. My nvidia card dirvers load at kernel level when loading RHEL 4.2 AS
That is just agpart driver modification if I'm not wrong, all other drivers have same feature.
Second, screensaver performance diff was because without proprietary drivers you were using xorg driver, which is 2d only. Atlantis was running on cpu.
