I would like to thank everyone for your support this 1,5 years after the OSNews relaunch on August 2001. I worked really hard all that time, designed and coded OSNews, writting a huge number of articles etc. I brought OSNews from 700 impressions per day to 92,000 per day, for last month. But this is exactly what will also make me leave my baby (OSNews :). Too much work.Being a part of a huge site, is not easy. It is not something you can do it in your spare time anymore. Sending a trackload of emails to companies or other individuals daily, being the webmaster, the co-moderator in the forums, the main editor who needs to collect news every day and even expected to write 1-3 big articles per week… OSNews takes 90% of my time everyday, it feels like a real job. But when a hobby (I was never meant to be paid for any of my work here) becomes a real “job”, it stops being a pleasure exactly.
Being big, it means that companies like SGI, Sun, Red Hat, Apple to name a few, are expecting certain articles (reviews, interviews etc) at certain times from us. This adds to my stress, because I have to do something “now” and not when I might feel like doing so.
[Explanation (it seems necessary as people misunderstood the above paragraph): The articles are decided and written by me, but to write some of the articles, I need to have some review loaned hardware. When company “A” sends me over a $X,000 or even a $XX,000 machine for a review, they expect me to have the machine back in a week, for example. This gives me a “window” of one week or so to learn the whole system and write the article (while at the same time I have a backlog of other articles and other responsibilities). And all that adds up to my stress. It is not that “they” decide for the content. I don’t ‘take crap’ from any company, at least I am well known for that. :D]
And the fact that some people do not appreciate all this work I have put into, to deliver something fresh on the web, well it doesn’t help the situation.
The main reason why I am leaving is because I need more time for myself. The last 12 months I had no time to do anything else other than OSNews stuff. I want to read, watch… TV, go outside more, have more time with my husband, plan to have a baby in the family for the future and other very simple pleasures like these.
I will be “working” full time on OSNews as I always had until December 12th, then for a month I will keep my work to a minimal and after that time I will keep my partiticipation to OSNews to not more than 5-6 hours per month (today, it can varry from 10 to 15 hours per day). I will still might be sending 1-2 articles per month for publication as a contributing editor, but I won’t be doing anything more than that. In fact, I have promised some articles to 2-3 companies for the future, so I will be doing these when the right time comes even if I won’t be here full time. A promise is a promise. 🙂
I hope that OSNews will continue to have the same rate of daily updates in the future, as David Adams, owner of OSNews.com, and the contributing writers will be taking over the maintenance of the site.
Again, thank you all for your support all this time! I would like to thank also David Adams and Jon Jensen, who gave me the opportunity to ressurect OSNews in the first place, supporting me and working with me all this time. It has been a great ride! 🙂
OSNews became among my top 10 favorite web sites for … OS news. You _really_ did a great job serving us everyday. Thanks
and good luck with all your future endeavours. OSNews became one of the few sites I check every day in short order. It won’t be the same without you.
regards,
Stephan
take care Eugenia
Hi Eugenia, Hey, thanks for all that effort!, I can honestly say that a very large majority of us had no IDEA how muct time and effort you put in to this place.
I firmly agree that families should come first, and best wishs to you and your husband and any little Eugenia’s that may grace this earth in the future
You did a great job here and at BeNews. I’m going to miss you. Alot.
Good luck with everything… you will be sorely missed!
So, it is sad that editor of site with SUCH number of hits/hosts who knows what BeOS is leaving us now:(
Good luck, Eugenia!
Thanks for the great site. You will be missed.
Does this mean I should erase the bookmark for OSnews?
This is pretty much one of the only sites I frequent every day, mainly because of your contributions..
You will be missed.
All geeks bow to the goddess who is about to depart!
(Come to think of it, not really joking )
thank you..i have been reading this site everyday for the past 3 months….i love it and its the only site i read everyday besides slashdot..miss you!!
Eugenia,
It will be difficult to find another person with your competence to find about obscure new OSes.
I would prefer that you could maintain at least a reduced activity, posting a news story once a week or month.
Anyway, good luck for both of you!
Hi:
This is the first time I post something on OSNEWs.
I am a student at University of Waterloo, and haven’t been
going to this web site day by day for the last year. It is
a really really good site, it helps me to expand my
knowledge about varies OSes and platforms.
Thanks Engenia, this is one of the best site I’ve ever
been to. And good luck on whatever you’ll do in the future.
P.S: Come back sometime to write an article or two if you WANT TO, not when you HAVE TO!
Best Wishs,
Herman
>>and haven’t been
>>going to this web site day by day for the last year
I mean, I HAVE been going to this web site day by day for the last year.
Your work are very very good. Thank you for your best work. Good lucky for ever.
Wow, Thanks for all the hard work You’ve put in here (and at BeNews) You will be missed! I look forward to what projects you do next!
Eugenia,
This is Jose from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I want to thank you for all your dedication to this wonderful site. I do understand your situation and I’m happy you took the right decision. You and your family should be the #1 priority.
All the best to you,
Jose
Adrian
Translation:
I can only thank you for all your effort, love and dedication so people like me could discover other life styles (e.g. operating systems) and phylosophies (e.g. programs, patterns, etc). I’m sorry for your departure but I admire your courage to take a decision like this. With love,
Adrian
Thanks Eugenia for all the effort that you have put into this excellent website. I noticed this website a couple of months ago and I’ve found myself coming back to it day after day… Good luck to you and good luck to those who will pick up from where you left off!
I’ll keep coming back!
Ashley
Eugenia-
I’ve been following this site, virtually daily, since it started (when BeNews essentially folded) At the time, I was an unemployed musician who knew next to nothing about computers, save that there were Windows machines which could also run Be, and Mac machines, and that they could be used to record audio, and could play games.
A year and a half later-I start my first IT job December 21st. SysAdmin trainee for a defense contractor here in San Diego. You, this site, and the more educated posters here are at least partially responsible for this amazing success in my life.
Thank you for everything. We shall all miss you. Enjoy your life, and do not look back with regrets. There is a lovely world outside of these beige boxes, and you deserve your share of it.
William Rushing-The Arbiter
Damn. That sucks. Are you sure we cant be selfish and devour all your time? I have read almost every OSnews article since I first came here. It really is one of the few sites I consistantly enjoy. You write well and I am sure many of us would love to read you even more than now. You rock.
Enjoy the free time. You deserve it with all the hard work you have done. From reading the dedication in the other comments, you sure dont have to worry about losing your fan-base. ^-^

*debates setting his hostname to eugenia when he gets his copy of xandros for good luck*
Eugenia. Your passion for alternative OS’s has been much appreciated. Thank You.
Good luck with the life and please still frequent the BeOS community from time to time.
Once again thank you.
Others have said it better than I, but let me say that I really enjoyed reading your articles, learning quite a bit while doing it. Thank you for your great work and dedication.
Sincerely,
Gerrard
I check OSNews once a week to keep informed on whats happening with the many OS’es out there. Thanks for an excellent job over the years. We understand… have no regrets… move on with your life!!! We luv you and again thanks for everything. I hope your succesor measures up!
ROOK
I think everyone knows how much work you put into this site and its one of the all time favorites for so many people. You should be proud and we shoulb be thankful!
You are the coolest and most intelligent chick in the computer-news business!
I wish you the best of luck!
sad to see you go I thought you did a great job running the site bye bye
There are times when keeping up with OSNews almost borders on obsession for me (and many others here too, I am sure).
Under your control, OSNews has had so many great things going for it, the site design is excellent and your choice of articles is excellent. OSNews is the most interesting tech-community in cyberspace that I have yet discovered. I think that part of the reason is that when you participate in discussions (and trolls and flames ) here, you really feel like you are a ‘content creator’ and not just a mere ‘commentator’, like with other tech-sites. OSNews really is an expression of the entire community you have created here and your perspective has kept the place very balanced and interesting (relative to other sites).
The biggest reason I keep coming back is because I have learned so much here – OSNews has made me a much better tech professional than I was before I started hanging around here a year ago. I have learned to appreciate unfamiliar technologies from other perspectives that I otherwise would have remained ignorant about and that growth in knowledge is something I thank you for very much.
And yes, I really hope you get your green card and find a good paying job that makes full use of your skills. You deserve it so much. Look forward to seeing you here every once in a while. Keep in touch.
As everyone else, I have come to visit your site everyday and have learned alot from all of your efforts. I will miss your considerable insights and the kind way you express them.
You have a “gift”, don’t let it be “dormant” too long. We/I will miss you and that “gift”, dearly. Sincerely, Chuck
I love the site, and I think it is really cool the way you got involoved in the site, giving it a real sense of community.
Good luck with the rest of your life and I appreciate your hard work.
Sorry to see you go. Best of luck.
Darren
I must have fallen into a deep sleep and awoke on April 1st 2003 because this can’t be true.
I will miss you a lot Eugenia.
I will wake up tommorow and the imposter will have retracted this story
Sad to hear , but understandable …..thanks for all your efforts on OSNEWS and u’r previous work with BeOS. Hope u feel you can reengage sometime in the future…..best wishes
Well said, Gil Bates!!
So long and thanks for the fishes, Eugenia.
really sorry you’re not having so much time to spend on the site, i really enjoyed reading your articles
best wishes from austria
hey eug, just wanna say thanks. didnt realize how much osnews have become a part of my sysad/programmer life til now, from the moment i discovered ur site almost a year ago. some of my officemates check ur site as well. nicely balanced and very informative…single credible OS portal i’ve encountered. thanks for all the work and good luck! i’m happy for u, for the decision u took.
much thanks and best regards from the Philippines.
While we’ve had our disagreements, I’ve more often then not been impressed by your efforts Eugenia. Sad to see you go.
I hope your “off time” benefits you -You deserve it (as we all do!). It’s nice to see that you’re able to step back and keep your perspective on life; Your husband is very lucky, I’m sure. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
– Mr. Cancelled
but I hope someone more Mac-friendly comes along to replace you. This site could use some more balanced reporting.
Hello Eugenia:
I just started reading OSNews a few months ago and find it a refreshing change from the usual sites I visit. Thank You for all your hard work. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do next.
In a time when more and more of the world is turning to Information Technology for business, administration, health, science, education, and essential services, the importance of having all the facts about OS space can’t be overstated.
There are sites like ZDNet, c|Net and SlashDot. But they are partisan and opinionated. They don’t live up to their mandate of empowering their readers through giving them all the facts. OSNews, on the other hand, does!
I added osnews.com to my toolbar earlier this year. So far, I have not been disappointed by the dedication put into the site, particularly by you, Eugenia. Your articles have covered terrain far and wide, and I can say I am better personally and professionally for having read your own editorial content, and from being kept up-to-date in OS space by your numerous “newswire”-style contributions.
I also appreciate that you helped build the community around OSNews. One of the things that made me happiest when I first visited the site was the flexibility of the article comments system: no need to register, no limit to reading one comment at a time, no worry about mod points on other comments causing yours to be lost in the crowd. Things like these, as well as your content and your personality, have made OSNews a place where contribution is welcomed, rather than discouraged.
I’m sorry to hear you’re leaving, and I wish you the best of luck with your family, your friends and your future endeavours. Please give up your prominent control of this site knowing that you have made a difference in the IT community.
Regards,
Nathan Kelley
digitaleon (aka “Phyax”)
I suspect/hope that at some point you will rejoin this passion of yours, after re-centering with the truly important things you mentioned such as your husband and creating a family. And maybe even reconnecting as well with things as elemental as getting a decent night’s sleep! In the real scheme of things computers are a part and not the whole; that’s obvious to anybody, including people who like computers.
However OSNews, under your ever-present sensibility and pen, has become my favorite source for tech news, better than Slashdot, and I along with many I’m sure will miss your simultaneously disarming but opinionated style. It’s unique. But really, as you say yourself, it’s not so much a complete goodbye as a well-deserved slowing down, so being too melodramatic is out of place. The plus side should be that after the emails quiet down, and you’re just out there some afternoon walking around with si’zigos and moro’, that the obvious be obvious to you too — that you’re a truly excellent writer with a following you will be able to pick up and take with you wherever you decide to go. That (as Martha Stewart would agree) is a very good thing. Best wishes in all before you.
OSNews is a wonderful site thanks to you, as was BeNews.
Very sad to hear you’ll be leaving, but all I can say is thank you soo much Eugenia, you are a very talented, and brilliant individual and i wish you all the success in the future. Osnews will never be the same without you.
I just hope you understand how important OSnews is and will be in the future, it is the best culture to be a part of, the best familiy to be with and the start of something great.
All the best Eugenia, Good luck.
Peace
You will be missed, especially given how bad most reporting in magazines and on the internet is on any subject (It need not be this way, but alas, it is).
One thing your reviews never were were fluff. They always had some criticism in them, something all too important these days, when a person’s OS is (sadly, too often) their religion as well.
I only wish media outlets like Ziff Davis and the like would print reviews like yours. Your reviews really were far superior to those you get in places like PC Magazine. They should serve as an example and standard by which others are judged.
Thank you, I’ve enjoyed reading your stuff, and best wishes with your newly acquired freedom!
Hi Eugenia,
Just a quick note to add to the chorus of “thanks.” You’ve done a wonderful job on OSnews. Good luck and God bless.
Yours truly,
Jeffrey Boulier
I didn’t post much here but I read every day. Thanks and B-bye.
But, she had a unique sense of style, even if it was inconsistent, bitchy and mostly annoying.
Yikes what a thread!
More than 140 responses already!
Guess no-one’s gonna scroll this far down, but here goes…
I’m soo sorry to see you go Eugenia.
OSNews won’t be the same without you.
I’ll miss your feisty temperament, and intelligent honesty.
I’ll also miss your Grenglish! (Greek English) 😉
I hope you now have enough time to have plenty of babies! hehe.
damian
And cheers to you too, JBQ.
Since my first visit on OSNews I knew I had found a very special place in the vast information space 🙂 of the Internet. Thanks to you, in a few last months I had all these valuable, relevant and up-to-date information at my fingertips. I only wish I had started to read these articles and posts much earlier. I know, I can still access them and read though…
Recently I realized I check OSNews even more often than the new post appears. I think that the reason for this is not only the quality of information you provide. It is also your extraordinary engagement, thoughtful and clear way of communicating the important things.
I have learned a lot, I hope I could read your reviews and articles as often as only possible. Thank you for all and good luck in your future endeavors.
Regards,
Marcin Skowron

It is sad to see you go.. It is a pitty that I only found OSNews two months ago. It has been my daily pilmage ever since.. Your OS reviews, the big articles, are my favs. Just last week, I bought a Redhat and get it configured, apted, deuglified as in your review. I start to use linux seriusly after school. Kudos to you
Just to say thanx. Wish you a happy life
Hey – it’s been great having you to depend on but, as you already know, it’s best to go with a smile
Wishing you both the best (Eugenia+husband) and may your first child be a masculine child
Thanks for all the good work.
Good luck an joy with everything you are going to do now.
anandtech without anand lai shimpi
tomshardware without tom pabst
vanshardware without van smith
so is eugenia going to start a new website?
Great decision ! Ofcourse it’s much better for you than for us, but I agree than you need more time for yourself and your husband.
I’ve been reading your articles since the (good) old days of BeNews and I have followed you to OSnews which I frequented at least once a day. I was also lucky to receive personal and very sensible answers to my frustrations with various subjects in the OS world.
I wish you all the luck and hope you enjoy having spare time to do all the other things you like and need.
I’ll keep on lurking around looking for your articles.
Have fun while you can !
You’re a lady. I know you’re not totally leaving, but we’ll miss you anyway.
Honneur, Respect.
And, most of all, happy new life!
For the great work. Enjoy your new life
…for all the time you spent.
I wish you good look, whatever you plan to do now. =)

Merci beaucoup pour cette justesse dans vos idées de construire pierre par pierre ce site qui est un des édifices du www.
Merci pour benews, merci pour tant de mots, d’éffort quotidien qui on façonné nos rêves d’architecture binaire.
A tres bientot.

One of the best things Eugenia did was the excellent layout and coding
of the site. This is one of the few sites around that has heavy
content yet works in all browsers.
Eugenia, you should write a book on how to design web sites that work.
You will be greatly missed.
I for one will miss your ancient wisdom
I’d like to thank you. This is by far the site I read most. Too bad you are leaving. Hope you will continue to contribute with articles sometimes. Ciao.
You’ll be missed..
Please don’t stop writing your most informative articles! They are very much appreciated!
Eugenia, Thank you for one of the greatest news sites, I will miss you and your sincere comments ;D
It has been a great year and a great Site, I hope it will remain so even with your shift of pace.
Take care and if you&jbq are ever in europe again gimme a holler ;D

Have a nice time and good luck on you family plans!

Thanks Eugenia and Good Luck at all.
Thank you for all your work on OSNews. It is one of the few sites I read everyday — and I am pretty sure I am a member of the original “700 Club” having known of you Be days — and, in addition to the interesting subject matter, your editorial vision had a lot to do with that. While I didn’t always agree we what you said, I admired your independence of view and willingness to speak your mind. If your future on-line writing is scattered among a variety of sites, be sure to keep the OSNews crowd posted (via OSNews or your own web page) when articles come out. Again, thanks and good luck!
We met you when you were posting your bio (w/pictures;-) on BeNews. You’ve come a long way, Eugenia. We will miss you.
OSNews won’t be the same without the sharp edge you bring it. Best wishes and good luck.
Thanks for everything, Eugenia! Will the site keep going, perhaps with the odd contribution from yourself?
*ducks under desk and scans the sky for signs of approaching meteors*
That’s italian for thank you, thank you for your terrific contribution to the community.
It’s sad to see you leaving, “but as you say in English, c’est la vie!” [JLG] 😉
Best of luck, and be careful on the French slopes!
Andrea.
I’ve only been visiting the site habitually for the past few months, but it has already become the first place i visit when i go online. You have built something truly awesome here. May luck and success be a constant nuissance
It will be a shame to lose you – this site has become my homepage every browser on every OS that I run. It’s an amazing resource and the forums are the most helpful around. Good luck with the baby etc.
It was great to see someone who loved BeOS so much as well
Eugenia,
What can I say.. besides Thank You!
(For all your hard work and OS passion.)
But no go, and live life..
P.S. Oh And if you would write a book (someday..) I’ll probably buy it 😉
Kidding. Would miss you dearly, Eugenia. Well, at least you would be more active than David Adams (5-6 hours?)…
She isn’t a rabib anti-Mac PC user, whom her reports is completely biased against the Mac. Sometimes, just sit back and consider that for the rest of us, Macs aren’t perfect (nor it isn’t even close).
Eugenia,
Thanks a lot for making OsNews into what it currently is. Now I visit the site on a daily basis and I guess I am not the only one. You did already surprise in the BeOS-times and later I found that you moved to this site. I was happy with your articles and hope we’ll be able to read some more of them somewhere online within the near future.
Cheers,
Martijn
You have done a splendid job, it’s been fun following the rise of OSNews since you got around.
Best of luck with your life in the REAL world…
Hi Eugenia,
thank you for all your work!!
I have osnews.com as one of the sites (besides slashdot.org) I check when I go up in the morning. (average bed to osnews time: 10sec-1min). What was August 2000? I’m sure that I read osnews at that time. 70 impressions per day?
I shivered with you through the “bad” BeOS news. I still share a lot of your opinions. I, too, thought “can’t they even read how her name is spelled” when people wrote “You’re wrong, Eugina!!”. I liked your reviews. I liked the fact that you had a strong opinion, it was like salt in the soup.
BTW I think that you are one of those women that others should get a part of: damn you have more than one OS on your machine! you “see” the beauty of beos! geeks like many of your readers are (I suppose) will miss your presence in cyberspace…
Anyway, you’re not dead…
Thank you again.
Any way to meet you in Europe (ceebit perhaps)?
Kaspar Schleiser
Thanks for creating this wonderful site, it’s the *only* news-site I visit, and I visit it daily. I understand why you’re leaving, but I find it sad. I hope that the new maintainers will keep the site working.
Thanks for the time you spent making OSNews!
Ludootje
Big Thanks for all the hard work!
i stuumbled across this site a phew months ago, since then, there wasn’t a single day i didn’t visit OSNews.
so thanks for the great job done!

It’s bad enough that you have to act like a total jerk when she is here, but now that she is leaving could you not show her a little bit of respect?

Actually, the mentally challenged people are the ones that have no respect for the people who volunteer their free time to run this site. There is no other site quite like this one anywhere on the Internet, and that is thanks to the hard work of people like Eugenia.
> Good riddance to a puss oozing sore on the body of the English language!
What, you’re leaving us?
*humming Happy Days are Here Again*
I hadn’t checked osnews for a couple of days because i was on a vacation. THEN i read this …
It sort of saddens me, but your decision is well backed by all the hard work you have delivered to this whole community. You have assembled and maintained this entire bunch of really nice people into one big nice community. Your work and efforts will not be forgotten, I have been reading osnews since 1.5 yrs now, i LOVE it. I am an os junkie, in fact i am typing this post true an X session to my Indigo2 (IRIX 6.5.13) R10K, from QNX’s XPhoton implementation.
Whatever the direction you choose to take, i wish you the best of luck, and i am sure you will be successfull in your efforts, as maintaining this big of a site practically on your own is something that may safely be called a full time job. I don’t think i could do it.
God bless you Eugiania,
And good luck
Take Care
Kevin
OSNews has been my favorite website since I discovered it. Thank you.
…and thanks for everything (including the fish).
thank you for all your work, and I hope everything goes well for your life.
finally, thank God for you
TOM
ps: what OSNEWS site would be like if no Eugenia?
I hope your life and future plans are very happy and fullfilling. I for one appreciate your efforts and understand perfectly your decision. Good luck! =)

Eugenia,
I’m really surprised you’ve been working on OS News for 1.5 year. I was reading your articles on BeNews, but I didn’t remember it was a long time ago. Anyway, thanks for the good job, et bonne chance pour l’avenir (en France peut-être ?).
Korbinus
osnews.com won’t be the same again. thank you for the time you spent on making the site a better one. i sure hope you’ll have more happier times with your family.
we’ll miss you.
heheheh … have a nice life, eugenia.
Well bad new. I check OSNews everyday for the interresting content in all OS domains and find all Eugenia posts really nice to read. I hope the site will continue in mind of the spirit of his creator 😉
Thanks for your time.
LoLL
How could we help you to avoid do that?
We are very pleased for your work. Will OSNews.com be the same without your presence?
Let’s scream together:
Bring Eug. Back!!!
Bring Eug. Back!!!
That is, thanks and comeback always in Portuguese. I’ve discovered OSnews one month and I think that, at the moment, it’s the best technology news source. It’s likely that the quality of the articles will be reduced from now on, but I understand.
Being a writer for a small technology news site, I guess I can say I know how harsh it is to handle all this type of work. It’s even more difficult when you’re working as a volunteer. But do comeback sometimes to publish those so interestingly and refreshingly articles about GUIs.
I will miss your particular style on this site (which seems to infuriate people, but that’s part of the charm, hah hah hah). But I guess we will still see you here as you post stories now and then.
Good job!
Have fun!
Relax!
I remember the ‘old’ OSNews site. You have really done wonders with OSNews since then Eugenia – and all for no money!! I wish the companies you mentioned could get their acts together and give you the funding you need to make this your F/T job. One lives in hope… Anyway I hope you have a wonderful break (which you deserve). Have a great rest – who knows – in the new year something might sort itself out. Hope you enjoy your new found freedom to the max, after all, life’s too short …. I’ve enjoyed contributing into the forums over the years, the articles, the heated debates – but, it won;t be the same without you…you will be missed.
All the best and thanks,
Codefire
My feeble attempt at Greek. But the message of “good-bye” and “Thank you” is there albet without Greek letters .
Eugenia has indeed made this site interesting and informative. Hands down it is the all round best computer site that I know of and my constant source of new information in the computer industry.
Also, with Eugenia, I get the impression that you can always take her at face value. She doesn’t seem pretend to be something she is not. And I respect that especially in a world where you typically can’t trust people to be what they project themselves to be.
The best to you and your family Eugenia.
This baby won’t die, and I’m sure you will never really leave it.
I must tell you I was very pissed-off by your Mandrake 9.0 review (I’m a big fan), but that day you won a reader, I’ve bookmarked OS news since and always read your articles with much pleasure. I like your true speaking way of saying things.
Best luck and so long
cestbibi
It is funny because I started visiting OSNews way before you took over. For the most part, I liked what I saw. I even made one or two silly contributions, but in grad school you simply don’t have the time. I stayed away for a little while, but when I came back to check what was going on, the site was pretty much dead. Several months later I saw that things started to get back on track: a new look, and little by little more and more articles/entries. This was not the OSNews that I knew from before, it really showed that things were moving at an incredible pace in comparison. Since then, I try to check this site once a day to see what Mrs. Eugenia, et. al have in store. And I have to say that you have done an inspiring job!
It’s interesting that from your statements, it seems to me that you simply didn’t want to make this decision. And it took a long time, and guts to finally do it. If you only would have had a few more people helping you, you could have lower the time spent per day from say 15 to 5-6, which is more acceptable. The sad truth is that you needed help and you didn’t get it. Plus, when you are under stress, you don’t need more stress from dumb/stupid zeros.
Each one has to make her/his own decision in life, but I hope you reconsider. After so much work, like anybody, you simply need a break to put things into perspective and reorganize, but you don’t want to let all this go to waste, as you know it will. So if it’s help you need, let me know.
Cheers, lulu
