It reminds me the insane trial between the french publishing company “Editions Albert René” attacking a german company which had created the trademark “Mobilix” because it looked very similar to the ( famous in Europe ) comic strip heroe “Obélix”. The comics editor won, like Hearst publishing won against Mandrake Linux.

..some people only have money in their head..we should try it literally, see if they get smarter..
anyway, if mobile-computing is going linux, i’ll soon be able to buy such a device without thinking i just spent $150 of total $300 for a win. licence
(my mobile devices currently run palmOS..which is expected to go linux with version 6)
