I wonder how much it will improve Gnome and Xfce4 performance. I can’t wait to try it (as soon as it shows up in Sid). I imagine that XD2 will eventually make this stuff available through Red Carpet. 2003-06-09 10:44 pm Will the Gnome 3 and XFCE 5 be based on GTK 3? Or is GTK layer not planning a major upgrade in recent future that breaks compatibility with previous version?
