No less important are Microsoft’s plans to use Whitehorse internally to make its own products–which have suffered from security and quality problems–more reliable.
I always thought the problem was related to the management of people, not the actual code. But I could be wrong.
Anyway, this seems like a nice tool. Nothing new, but very useful if they manage to make it good. I’ve been wanting something like that for BeOS for many years, but my lack of programming talent prevented me from making one.
I liked this better when it was called XCode http://developer.apple.com/tools/macosxtools.html
