I’m no lawyer, but the settlement was pretty much in plain English; no hence forth, and forth with’s in there. 2004-11-30 3:26 am Anonymous that doesn’t mean the implications of it are at all obvious. See groklaw’s write-up – seemingly very simple and straightforward phrases have a huge amount of weight in interpretation.
