Marcus Neervoort has made a MPEG video (136 MB) of last Saturday's Amiga OS4 event which includes demonstrations of Hollywood, Audio Evolution, Mame and Arteffect 4.0 Alpha on Amiga OS4. A new screenshot showing OS4's default icon set by Martin "Mason" Merz has been revealed (not all icons shown in the shot are the new ones though). Also Q&A session 27 with Amiga's CTO Fleecy Moss is now available. Hyperion, Eyetech, AmigaWorld.net and many more exhibitors will attend the upcoming AmiGBG fair in Sweden.

Show reports from last Saturday's AmigaOS4 event in Bath(UK) are now available here, here and here. Also a short video from the event is available which shows Quake2 running hardware accelerated on AmigaOS4 and a real-time calculating fractal demo.

The Amiga usergroup SEAL has posted some pictures of AmigaOS4 and AmigaOne demonstrations held at the MicroMart Computer Fair in Birmingham last Sunday. Alan Redhouse (Eyetech Group) and Fleecy Moss (Amiga Inc) were present. AmigaWorld.net has now posted the 24th Q&A session with Fleecy and has also started an AmigaOne-XE competition.

There is now a video available showing the AmigaOS4 beta as demonstrated last weekend in London: MPEG / WMV. Q&A session 23 with Amiga's CTO is also available.

Amiga Inc has published an extensive CAM article regarding Roadshow, AmigaOS4's default TCP/IP stack. Also an AmigaOS4 screenshot from the latest CAM issue has been made available to show that Hyperion's 3D API "Warp3D" is now running natively on the AmigaOne. And here are some latest AmigaOS4 pictures from a French Amiga event.

Elena Novaretti has released a small patch for version 3.5 and 3.9 of AmigaOS adding transparent support for 24-bit PNG icons and alpha channel transparency. Comparison workbench screenshots: 256 color classic icons and 24-bit PNG icons with the patch installed.

AmigaOS4 beta-tester Elwood has written an AmigaOne review which includes some videos, including one of the alpha version of AmigaOS4 booting on his AmigaOne. Also NeRP recently uploaded a screenshot. And here is Amiga CTO's 21st Q&A session.

Amiga.org has done an extensive interview with ex-Commodore Amiga system designer Dave Haynie, who designed many critical parts of the classic Amiga 2000, 3000 and 4000 desktop computers. Also Amiga Inc has released a new CAM article written by Oliver Roberts regarding AmigaOS4 datatypes.

This weekend at the Italien Pianeta Amiga 2003 fair AmigaOS4 is being publicly demoed running on AmigaOne hardware for the first time. You can view an actual AmigaOS4 screenshot here at the AmigaWorld.net portal. Hyperion will also attend the upcoming Benelux Amiga Show planned for the 4th and 5th of October in Rotterdam. Some videos of AmigaOS4 running on the AmigaOne from the show have now been uploaded here and here.

"Miffy" has reviewed Eyetech's AmigaONE Power System which is based on the A1G4-XE motherboard at the AmigaWorld.net community portal. Also NeRP recently wrote an AmigaOne article illustrated with pictures of the motherboard.

More official screenshots from Hyperion are now available at the AmigaWorld.net community portal. These shots demonstrate the debugging capabilities under AmigaOS 4. Two programs are involved in this: The Grim Reaper and gdb. Also the 17th Q&A Session with Amiga CTO Fleecy Moss is now available.
