Well, again. The server vs. client JVM mode makes a very big difference in performance. And, using a different algorithm, I can produce results where Java is 5x faster than C++. So the points I made were completely valid. Also, given that the test was intended specifically to test Scala, the fact that they didn't rest concurrency at all is kind of mind boggling to me.
