Legal "Oracle has agreed to accept zero dollars worth of damages from Google, three weeks after losing the major portions of the case in which Oracle accused Google of violating Java patents and copyrights in Android." From six billion to zero. It's not like Ellison needs the money. Pretty place.

And they failed miserably on this first round. Will they stand up and fight again? If good sense prevail about their last combat, may be not, but we are talking about Oracle on which case we never know. Perhaps, they see it like they lost a battle but the war is still going on.

They may try again but the more I see the whole picture the more I doubt they will succeed on any noteworthy aspect.
