Close your eyes... clear your mind... read the entire discussion again... doesn't it sound silly?
Which one is right? which one is wrong? How the code design should be done, how you should or not try different ideas...
Well, in the end it's all politics... everyone trying to convince the others how better their ideias are... Because, in the end, it's how the world works. There's no right or wrong, just different opinions and points of view. Let's just try to repect everyone else and if possible live and work together. Maybe them these projects will also came to a common point (or 'direction' if you don't like 'points').
Maybe we should just analize the advantages and disvantages of each one, instead of trying to blame the ones who didn't agree in the begning. What each one can learn from the other (well, because they are both "open" right? there's nothing but ego and a little work limiting the use of each one's experience. There's not intelectual property been warmed or any problem like that).
There's no cruzades. We can't salve to world because it doesn't need to be salved.
We can just live and try to coexist the best way we can...
