Announced three weeks ago at WWDC, developer betas for iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 Catalina have been available ever since. Today though, the general public can finally begin testing them out, as they’re available through Apple’s public beta program.
People who have been using the developer betas warn against installing the public betas for now, since they are quite unstable and buggy this time around.
Pretty incredible that a post on OSnews about one of the most used OS’s in the world gets no replies at all. From what I heard these are relatively small upgrades (dark mode) with lots of small improvements. Especially iPadOS seems to really get some major features (External Storage) and a “not really what you would expect mouse mode”
The only Apple device that I still use is an ancient iPad2 and that has been left without updates a long long time ago (after several updates that greatly slowed it down and make it look and function quite badly)
