The PowerPack edition of Mandriva 2007 Spring is now available as a set of CDs. The files are available for immediate download for Standard members and above from the downloads section, either through BitTorrent (recommended) or through HTTP. Elsewhere, Ars Technica took a look at the Intel classmate PC running Mandriva Linux at aKademy 2007.
just in case anyone’s curious – this is not a new release, it’s just the CD edition of the existing 2007 Spring release. we just got rather delayed with releasing the CD images, for which we apologize to those who were waiting. Of course this is only for Mandriva Club members: non-Club members can as always use one of the various freely available editions downloadable at http://www.mandriva.com/en/downloads .
“Of course this is only for Mandriva Club members:”
Thank you for nothing…
Yea, cuz we only like Linux if it’s for free, right?

Actually they might try taking a look at the site managment software right now, I have been repeatedly trying to update my CC details and comes back with an error code all the time.
Now I can’t enter a new blog . . .
I *did* provide links to the Free editions. all seven zillion of them.
