It would be great to see a x86/amd64 AIX Express Edition, but that probably not gonna happen
There used to be an AIX version running on x86 processors. The last version was 1.3 running mostly on IBM’s old MicroChannel-based PS/2 line of PCs but also their earliest PCI-based PCs.
