This sounds great.
now if only they can optimize the x86 -> PPC library so that it takes advantage of Altivec or G5 64bitness maybe it will be a great Wine variant!
So how does the emulation speed compare to say bochs or VPC?
in comparision to bochs:

so very good
wow!
it’s about as fast as using vlc, a bit slower than virtual pc, it’s really good to use something open-source that is nearly as fast as something commercial, wish i knew how to make a windows image, will have to look that up.
vnc rather.
just some days ago i googled about qemu on OSX – and now there it is. great work, many thanks 🙂 – can’t wait getting home and trying it.
I tried FreeDOS (OK in terms of speed, did not try a GUI, does it come with a GUI?) I also tried ReactOS — this one was SUPER slow
How does one go about making his own images?
