It seems as if the first link has been osnewsed. Not working for me.
The link is working perfectly for me.
But I didn’t find anything new in those tips. Hopefully they are useful for others. At least it helped me to decide not to buy the oreilly gnome hacks book because apparently it won’t be worth its money for me.

displays incorrectly in Mozilla 1.7 ojn Windows 98SE (seems like two columns of the table overlap almost completely).
I just tried Mozilla 1.7.2 on my XP PRO and it renders perfectly. Please upgrade to 1.7.2.
Renders fine with Moz 1.7 on Win2000.
