Adhering to IP54 Category II specifications on dust and water splash resistance, the new ruggedized handheld is targeted towards the enterprise.

Not as much as this one!
IP 54 is practically nothing. Show me one that is Intrinsically safe, and aproved for I M1 EExeq and I would think it was useful. There’s at least a dozen IP 67 Wince handhelds around. Just ask google: eg. http://www.blueleaf.co.uk/timbace.htm etc etc
