"Novell's decision to go to great lengths to circumvent the patent framework clearly articulated in the GPL has sent shockwaves through the community. I generally disagree with your opinion at least partially but I have never modded you down since for the most part you are stating an (on this forum) unpopular opinion, but not trolling.
