200 engineers? how do they work effectively if they don't share a single mind?
Gee, I dunno. How does the Linux developers work?
If I was to make wild guess I'd say by communicating and using source control tools.
I'll also go out on a limb and guess they'll also have project managers who oversee things and delegate tasks.

200 engineers? how do they work effectively if they don't share a single mind? do they just blindly code functions as per input/output specs? if so, aren't they just coders? perhaps uni grads? perhaps that explains why there are so many variations of the same dialogs in windows, they all coded their own...
