One thing I've missed in Ubuntu is a set of icons sharing a unified style. It's really crappy when some icons have padding/empty space more than the others or when a bunch of icons are glossy/"modern" whilst others look like unchanged since 1999.
Dunno how the things are in Fedora, there's only some wallpapers behind the link.
