Last week, Hyperion Entertainment announced that Amiga OS 4.1 has gone into final testing and is scheduled for release mid-Q3/2008. Full announcement here.

OS4.1 will work on PPC "classic" Amiga (1200/4000 with a PPC board) on AmigaOne and on the NEW Amiga hardware, SAM 440 mabe by Acube, http://www.acube-systems.biz/eng/index.php

Not without a license from Amiga Inc. it won't.

Please try again and read the announcement. OS4.1 is only for AmigaOne (for now).
