Talk, Rumors, X Versus Y With Snow Leopard finally been given a release date and a price, the comparisons with Windows 7 are starting to pop up all over the place, especially focussing on the price aspect of things. While Apple's move to price Snow Leopard at 29 USD for Leopard owners is a very welcome one, the move doesn't mean that Microsoft is getting a price beating from Apple.

Lets see if we can find a definition for troll....hmmm got one. Straight from our friends at wikipedia:

"In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion."

Now, looking back at my first post I really see nowhere I fit into this description. I explained why I think a Mac is not worth it (and the news post was basically a Windows 7 vs Mac os. So it was on topic.

As far as being controversial, it may have got the better of the fanboys, but was not posted for that intent was just my opinion and in my topic it reads "at least to me" so an opinion was all it was.

relevant it was. I mentioned Windows and Mac in my post. So it seems to me it was on topic.

As far as not having a life, this may be debatable as you seem to know much about me. How tall am I may I ask? Just since you know me so well?

Or... Just for giggles point where I have been proven wrong 1 time? Maybe the date thing? My Mac was made in January of 1999 (could send a picture). Or maybe even the browser thing, that was only a very small problem and did not fix the problem in a whole.

So in the world of definition, I do not fit the badge of a troll! But on the other hand I have been attacked at every chance because people do not share in my opinion, and that is fine because opinions are like...well we all know the saying.

For my own use, I will always own a PC, Bottom line! No one is going to change my mind! I think my money is better spent elsewhere (not on a MAC), that is my opinion and I have a right to that.

Funny how everyone pointed to the fact I had a G3 and missed the point completely. Really is funny indeed. Could have just passed my post up if it got under your skin, but you decided to feed the "troll". So really as you may claim, are you any better then I? I think not! LOL

Nice to see you ignore the 'or' within that definition of troll; it does not require that you fit all those requirements - not that you meet atleast one of those features. You made a post in a deliberate tone to provoke a response so therefore you fit the definition of a troll.
