the "zombie" is the most interesting. one of the most key decision points is weather to stay in the city and "survive" or flee in the deep mountains/woods.
considering, a zombie scenario would be a 5-30 year one as once the zombies died off they would not be replaced, unless where talking infectious blood or something.
so, in most cases its would hell on earth for a very short amount of time, then civilization could start to rebuild. from that point it would be better to "stay" in the city, and survive.
