Legal Not a good day for Apple. First, the Australian court has lifted the Australian sales ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Second the Motorola has won an injunction against Apple's 3G products in Germany. What else is there to say at this point? Software and design patents still suck, even if karma is a female dog.

The patent in question relates to core cellular technology and is described in the court document as “method for performing a countdown function during a mobile-originated transfer for a packet radio system”.

LOL and what is Apple suing for? Something that's square and round?

That's the beauty of design and software patents ;) Each time you hear about a new one, you realize how deep into insanity these get.
