We have a series of protocol changes on the table before 1.0 but this branch marks a stable point before we jump into that." Change is coming to the Linux world. And yes, I get the irony of using this particular icon, but it's the closest I could find.

No, there's only experimental GEM support for intel GPUs. Nothing for Radeons.

The question was about KMS (Kernel Modesetting) support.

Open source Radeon drivers absolutely do support KMS.

Wow... Try to keep up... The discussion was about KMS on FreeBSD, specifically, which does not exist at all for radeon hardware.
