Internet & Networking I would honestly serve at the altar of the person that did this. Keep the debugging information, but for the love of god, make your email client do something pretty and useful with it.

With the example given, you are using the following in most likelihood:

* Apple branded Computer
* Apple branded OS
* Apple branded Mail Client.

Other than the most obvious reasons, Apple doesn't doesn't have any legal fallback if they suggest a 3rd party solution, also other services maybe incompatible with Apple's T&Cs.

So it does sound clever to say "lol Apple promoting apple shit" ... but there are very good managerial and legal Reasons why companies do this.
