i hope that market share for redhat keeps growing, this can only be good for linux. my only wish is that the linux standard base would move in the united linux compatibility direction so that the software developed for redhat will be equally usable on mandrake or debian.. keep up the good work redhat!

Actually, UnitedLinux is one distro, distributed by four companies. It follows the LSB; but it is not a standard kind of thing. for example, LSB allows any version of the Linux kernel, but UnitedLinux for each version allows one version of the kernel. Stuff like that.
I doubt RedHat would want to join UnitedLinux nor use the LSB and give up its competitive edge.
