We’ve been talking about desktop Linux in the business world for years. in 2008, it seems, a lot has changed and improved, and a lot has stayed the same. That’s music to the ears of those of us who have discovered the superiority of Linux and can’t understand why it hasn’t enjoyed a better adoption rate.
I’m very unhappy to hear that. I just started working a job where Windows, MSWord, and SharePoint rule. Very sad.
And there you have it! Microsoft refuses to be compatible, so most just stick with the bad actor. The author suggests the end of XP may change that at last. We’ll see.
