Over at our sister site, NewMobileComputing today: Microsoft’s inclusion of Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) in an XP patch, small motherboards for mobile devices, Biofuel cells that could replace batteries, and an exciting announcement from Apple: the iPad! Visit NewMobileComputing for more details.
Hi,
I discovered that sister site by this message you posted.
Did I oversee a link to that site on the OSnews page?
What other sisters are there?
Regards,
Marc
Actually, the funny part is that your story is probably correct…just early.
I associate that acronym with “Windows Product Activation”
wish I could pretend otherwise, but you got me hook, line and sinker
I don’t think you need to post stories from your sister site on this site. If we want to know about mobile computing.. we’ll visit and read the stories there.. stop plugging.
unless we can’t ever find the URL b/c osn doesn’t have a links page…
Jesus, you’re just itching for a fight, aren’t you? It’s a news source just like every other one. Just because she posted ONE story from there doesn’t mean she’s plugging them. And I can’t tell if it’s an April Fool’s Day joke or not, but if it’s not I would consider that announcement pretty damn important (the iPad, that is).
I’m not sure why you call David “she”. It looks like male name to me but if you are better informed about David just spill it out.
or you imply that “David Adams” is just another internet name that Eugenia uses ?
Ok, I think I got it – if you use EBCDIC encoding for “David Adams” string and then bit shift up every other byte and try to read it backward in Greek Unicode encoding you will get Eugenia’s middle name. And the remaining number would be her shoe size in UK system.
Does anyone know where this thing can be downloaded from?
