DeCSS is a Windows program.

Linux DVD players use libdvdcss ... which has never been challenged in court.

"libdvdcss is not to be confused with DeCSS".
Unlike DeCSS, libdvdcss does not use a cracked DVD player key. Therefore libdvdcss itself does not "copy" anyones IP.
