My problem with SuperFetch...

... is that it wanted to cache my virtual machines too.

Sometimes I launch the VMWare server console and start a VM right after my physical machine booted up. SuperFetch decided this was reason enough to start caching my +10GB virtual machine (which is located on a different partition).
