BeOS & Derivatives With the imminent release of the Haiku Alpha, Haiku-Files is now releasing ISO images for testing. Note that these are not the actual alpha release, but only daily builds of the branch which will eventually become the alpha! "With the upcoming release of Haiku R1Alpha1, we are providing candidate imagefiles. They are X86 GCC2 Hybrid images and provided as Raw HD, VMware, and ISO images. As per the R1Alpha1 specifications, they are built from the releases/r1alpha1 branch code and utilize the alpha-* build profile."

I may just buy a hard drive

I may just go out and buy a second hard drive so I can try this out. I tried resizing my NTFS partition on two different computers with GParted Live, but both attempts failed; so I'm going to have to get a new hard drive since I don't want to destroy my Windows partitions. I suppose I could settle for virtualization, but I have had speed issues with that before.

or you could buy a cheap usb drive an install it on there from the raw image (I think you can do it that way... there are instructions oh the haiku site)
